Just completed my first training session at the new gym. Was commended on my form and strength! All thanks to you. I had also managed to hit 75.9kg! (Although some muscle loss I’m sure). Really appreciate what you and the boot camp ladies did for my health and fitness. I start tennis lessons on Monday evening! Given my coordination I don’t have high hopes but it may be fun.
