Jay Sanders – Lost 7kg of body fat in 12 weeks
I have just completed back to back Fat Loss Boot camps with Daniel, losing 6.3% body fat, or more simply 7kg. Daniel focuses on constantly changing intensive training sessions focusing on fat burn that work; also teaching you about your diet and where changes need to be focused. I am fitter, leaner and healthier than I have been for many years. My clothes fit better, I have more energy, and happily my cholesterol has come right down to a healthy level.
