Molly obtained her Masters in Physiotherapy from St George’s University in London where she gained experience working with a range of patients within the NHS. Prior to this, she completed her undergraduate Sport and Exercise Science degree at the University of Chichester, specialising in sports performance, exploring the science behind training techniques and fitness testing.

She has gained experience working in private musculoskeletal sector where she has enjoyed treating a range of conditions predominantly:

  • Chronic mid and low back pain (desk-based issues)
  • Neck and lower back disc pathologies
  • Ankle Sprains / Achilles Tendinopathies
  • Rotator Cuff Pathologies
  • Running related knee pain

Before physiotherapy, Molly worked as a Health advisor conducting lifestyle and VO2 max fitness testing on customers largely of a corporate working lifestyle. She enjoyed helping individuals to achieve a healthier lifestyle through better understanding of nutrition, sleep, stress, and physical activity.

Molly’s favourite aspect of physiotherapy is working with individuals to really personalise rehabilitation and training following a thorough assessment and discussion to make their goals more attainable. She has a particular interest in sports related injuries, strength training and introducing exercise plans to those with specific fitness goals and looking to build a more active lifestyle.

Participating in many team sports over the years, she has seen how different individuals approach similar goals in a way that works for them. In her spare time, she enjoys playing for her local rugby club and going to the gym to reach her Rugby related strength and power goals. Outside of sport, Molly enjoys exploring new restaurants, and activities around London.
